Make Your Meal a Meditation

I firmly believe that we can access pockets of peace in our daily routine without necessarily sitting down to meditate (although, I highly recommend this practice!).

One way to be present and mindful is in how we prepare and eat our meals. This article lays out helpful and simple guidelines to eat more consciously which will induce a prayerful reverence toward the nourishment you are consuming and very importantly, be a boon to your digestion.
